N series atomization controller description

This series of controllers is used in conjunction with a methanol spray burner for ignition and fire regulation. With the extinguishing function, it can be used in places such as steaming furnaces.

System parameter setting method: Press and hold the setting button to enter the system parameter setting, turn the knob to select the desired menu, press the setting button to display the value, turn the knob to adjust the value, and then press and hold the setting button until the SAU is displayed, indicating that the saving is successful. Note: If you do not see SAU is not saved successfully, the system still works according to the previous parameters.

Operation instructions: Press the knob to start the operation, ignite and spray. When burning, turn the knob to adjust the firepower. When burning, press the knob to stop working and return to the OFF state.

Series product description: This series of products also have N2 type, N3 type and so on. N2 is based on the N1 to increase the rocker switch shift function, N3 is based on the N1 added flameout protection.

1, dIn menu is the minimum firepower; default value: 28.8; setting range: 0.0-100; ★ function description: the minimum firepower value that can be achieved by turning the knob.

2, dAn menu is the maximum firepower; default value: 43.8; setting range: 0.0-100; ★ function description: the maximum firepower value that can be achieved by turning the knob.

3, oPP menu is the starting firepower value; default value: 30; setting range: 0.0-100; ★ function description: press the knob to start the firepower value.

4, odH menu is the ignition delay time; default value: 12 seconds; setting range: 3-20 seconds; ★ function description: ignition from the start to the automatic stop time.

5, Str menu is to start the rotation of the virtual position; default value: 1 grid; setting range: 0-20 grid; ★ function description: stop state knob to start the working grid, 0 is the swing function off.

6, SoP menu is to stop the rotation of the virtual position; default value: 1 grid; setting range: 0-20 grid; ★ function description: the minimum fire state knob to stop working the number of grids, 0 is the knob off function.

7. The dEl menu is the pump delay value; the default value is 2 grids; the setting range is 0-20 grids; ★ Function description: After ignition, the knob is used to start the pump grid number, 0 is the pump starts at the same time.

8. The SEP menu is the knob firepower adjustment speed; the default value is 0.3; the setting range is 0.1-10; ★ Function description: The smaller the value, the finer and slower the adjustment. The larger the value, the faster the adjustment.

9, tdF menu for the rotary knob to supplement the ignition option; default value of 1; setting range: 0-1; ★ function description: 0: rotary knob does not ignite; 1: turn knob to supplement ignition.

10. The LAS menu is the starting fire option; the default value is 0; the setting range is 0-1; ★ Function description: 0: Burn according to the starting firepower value; 1: Burn according to the firepower value when the fire is turned off.
