  1. Q: Can I use with large /medium pan ?

A: To achieve better cooking effect, we recommend that the diameter of the pan you use is within 12-26 cm.  

2. Q: The surface is very slippery when cooking on it, meaning pans can slide off easily. Any tips on how to prevent this? A: 1 Put the induction hob on a smooth flat.

2 Keep the bottom of pot dry, if has water, the water will play the role of lubricant，then make the pot slide. 3 Keep the glass surface dry. 4 Try to use a heavier pot.

5 While cooking, don't use the spatula too hard, it may cause the pot move.  

3. Q: If it has problem with code E5 coming up, what we should to do?

A: As to the E5 error code,we'd like to say that E5 is dry-boiled protection. The reason for this may be because the pot is not suitable, the pot is too small, there is no pot, or the power range is used for frying.

The following recommendations will be better to avoid the E5 error code:

1 The heating range diameter of our single induction cooker is between 12cm and 26cm,we recommend that bottom area diameter of cooker is no less than 12 cm.

2 This induction plate is compatible with cast iron, iron, enamel iron, stainless steel manufactured with a magnetic bottom. You can use a small magnet to check if the cookware is compatible. If a magnet sticks to the bottom of the pots, it should be compatible.

3 Users are advised to use the temperature range for frying.  

4. Q: Is it possible to use with a flat bottom wok? Example; getting wok truly hot and smoking for flash fry. Proper steel wok not non stick.

A: Apart from using a flat bottom cookware, materials of the cookware are also important for induction cooking.

Cookware made from the following materials is not suitable: pure stainless steel, aluminum or copper without a magnetic base, glass, wood, porcelain, ceramic, and earthenware. You can do a magnet test of your wok.  

5. Q: Does this single induction hob get a safety lock?

A: The single induction hotplate is designed to have a childproof lock, which is for ultimate safety.  

6. Q: What kind of detergent I can use to clean this ?

A: With black polished crystal glass,we recommend that use a neutral ordinary detergent cloth to clean it. The panel of the induction cooker is a micro crystalline plate, which is easy to clean.   7. Q: Will it do 75°c?

A: When the single induction hob reaches the temperature that you set, it will maintain the temperature through intermittent heat removal. In fact, the temperature change maintained is related to the size and thickness of the cookware that you use, so the fixed error range is ± 20 degrees.Thus,it could be 75℃ while you set 60℃，but it will not be stably.   >> Plug Standard
